Designing your Business

Building up a company also means handling many unknown and unexpected factors. Precisely this is why we have developed the "Designing your Business" concept offering guiding principles enabling you to make progress quickly and to-the-point in your start-up project. In this context we follow the approach taken by designers, since the experience we have gained in numerous projects is that such an approach by designers in their work is most valuable to the founder of a new business. Hence, we understand the term "design" to mean not just the shape of an object, but rather the design orientation in coming to terms with a multitude of factors crucial to success, such as customer demands, product functions, the question of economy or technical feasibility.
The Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport and Technology has been promoting our "Designing your Business" initiative since 2005 in the context of several projects.
