Business Plan Basic Seminar summer semester 2015

 

Focus on Business Ideas and Markets

 

Working in a team, the seminar participants develop their own business ideas, check their marketability via interviews and present their results clearly structured in business plans. The objective is to recognize and actually implement business opportunities.

G5 | Trial presentation: Rehearsal for the final presentation

1.) Find your team

 

Idea pool: After having registered, post and find ideas online!



Idea Generation: Ideation Workshop (volontary)

Kick-off with Idea Vernissage (mandatory evening session):

  • Information about courses and lecturers
  • Presentation of ideas and finding of team members

2.) As a team, choose a suitable course



 

Until one week after the Kick-off you can choose your preferred course as a team. (series of courses see below)

 

Please note: If you are unable to find a team, you cannot participate in the seminar!

 

 

3.) Work on your project in teamwork


Conduct interviews, understand your customer, establish a business model and write a business plan!

 

 

4.) Present your results and receive feedback

 

Present your ideas by several presentations and take advantage of the feedback from coaches and the support from communication coaches for your further development.
