Working in interdisciplinary teams, Manage&More scholars
conduct innovation and start-up projects. The objective is to
develop and test business concepts based on prototypes and service
models within a short period of 4-6 months. In the process scholars
establish close contacts with business principals, potential
customers, and investors. Through the projects they conduct
themselves, they gain good practical knowledge of project
management, with the results of their work being presented within
the company.
In the course of their 18-month qualification program with
Manage&More, the scholars generally carry out three projects
with different objectives.

Manage&More Innovation Projects in Cooperation with Industry Working in interdisciplinary teams, the scholars develop solutions to tasks and challenges typically encountered in industry - for example new areas of application for existing technologies or market assessments.A team of about 20 participants works together in an initial innovation project. The scholars make themselves acquainted with the methods required for developing business concepts for innovative products and services, and apply these methods in their teamwork. In a second innovation project the scholars are required to run and manage a project in a smaller team of 4-5 participants, assuming greater responsibility in the process. |
