During the 18-month Manage&More Qualification Program,
scholars receive the support of a mentor from industry. The mentor
and mentee form a mentoring tandem cooperating in a spirit of
confidence, respect and openness. In many cases this mentoring
activity goes beyond the time spent with Manage&More.
Matching - how to Form a Successful Tandem?
Within the UnternehmerTUM Partner Network, Manage&More
scholars approach companies where they would like to find a mentor.
We coordinate these wishes with the expectations of the partners
involved and match the mentoring tandem. In a personal talk the
mentor and mentee check out whether "their chemistry is right" and
whether they wish to enter into a mentorship binding for the rest
of the Manage&More Program.
The Course of Mentoring - how to Organize the Process Best in
its Structure and Contents?
The mentee and mentor share responsibility for the
implementation and practical application of their mentoring
relationship. Manage&More Program Management is happy to
support the mentoring tandem in questions of cooperation.

"My mentor gave me important professional and personal
support. She gave me an insight into practical challenges and I was

planning my ongoing career."
