Ingo Potthof has more than 10 years leadership experience in venture capital in Europe, Israel, the USA and Asia. For five years, he worked as Partner at smac partners venture capital. Before this, he was as Investment Partner instrumental in establishing the global early-stage investment business for Siemens. Ingo Potthof has carried out successful investments in international technology companies with a number of trade sales and IPOs. His earlier positions include Telefónica O2, where he worked as Manager M&A and Strategy, and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Timo Komulainen

Timo Komulainen has more than 20 years international leadership experience in strategic planning and business operations. His teams have developed a large number of new products and business strategies for Samsung, Nokia and Sony. He led strategic planning of Samsung's mobile semiconductor businesses in EMEA with revenues of over one billion euros. At Nokia, he was technically responsible for launching their radio network business in the USA. At Sony, he developed and launched with his teams four mobile handsets. Additionally he was responsible for several M&A projects at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
