Dr. Martin Rabe, Chief Personnel Officer & Labour Director, MAN Truck & Bus SE

Martin Rabe was born in Cologne on 23/10/1980. He achieved his doctorate in 2013 at the University of Innsbruck after successfully completing his studies in business administration in 2010 and previously trained as a metal worker. Dr Martin Rabe started his career at MAN Truck & Bus AG in 2012 as works council consultant at the Munich site. He was secretary general for co-determination from 2015 to 2018.
In 2018, Rabe assumed his position as the Munich site's personnel manager at MAN Truck & Bus SE. From 2019 he also held the position of personnel director at MAN SE and managed the "organisation, HR processes and IT" department in the Personnel Division at MAN Truck & Bus SE. He was also responsible for technical coordination of personnel management at TRATON SE. Dr Martin Rabe has been chief personnel officer and labour director at MAN SE and MAN Truck & Bus SE since July 2020.
