At UnternehmerTUM, visions turn into value. Our teams empower innovation enthusiasts to take entrepreneurial action. Together with start-ups and established companies, we drive tech ventures forward - from first idea to market leadership. In collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and entrepreneur Susanne Klatten, we’ve been promoting future-forward start-ups such as Celonis, Konux, Lilium, inveox and Isar Aerospace since 2002.
XPRENEURS is the Munich based incubator for deep-tech start-ups by UnternehmerTUM. In the 3-month full-time program we support strong, early-stage teams on their way to market entry by helping them validate their business model, win their first customers and secure their first investment. Through our large network, we provide entrepreneurs with access to the high-tech lab MakerSpace, global B2B customers, as well as pre-seed and seed funding opportunities.
Your mission
As a Venture Consultant in our Munich office you will use your skills to:
Work with our teams, taking an active role in developing sustainable business models
Challenge hypotheses and help entrepreneurs reality-check their product or service and go-to-market strategy
Support teams to find the best product-market fit by helping them identify first pilot customers and connect them with talent and industry partners
Manage projects and topic specific tracks in our incubation program, particularly in the Food and Agritech space
Coordinate events and moderate workshops with renowned experts from the XPRENEURS network
Your profile
We would be excited to get you on our team if you:
Have a proven track record of building or working with start-up businesses, ideally with a minimum of 1-3 years’ work experience
Have passion, experience or a network in the area of food or agritech ventures
Hold a technical or business degree with strong academic records
Have managed projects yourself and are a self-starter, networker, strong leader, and motivator
Are passionate about entrepreneurial activities and starting up new businesses
Are fluent in English and German
