UVC Partners is one of Europe’s leading early-stage venture capital firms. We invest at the pre-seed, seed, and series A stages in B2B startups across Europe. We focus on enterprise software, mobility, and industrial technologies. We have offices in Munich and Berlin and are investing out of a freshly raised € 250 million fund. Your mission

As communications and marketing manager, you will create our communications and marketing strategy. You will define how UVC Partners presents itself towards the press, future employees and startups and drive content as well as media. After defining our communications strategy, you will create content by gathering input through interviews with internal and external stakeholders. You will establish relationships with the press and manage our social media accounts. For important industry events you will manage our sponsorship and communication packages.

Your profile

• You have a university degree
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in communications and marketing
• You create compelling content and have excellent writing skills
• You find it easy to manage projects, interact with people and align various interests while keeping a clear focus
• You have experience with media pitching and social media (especially LinkedIn)
• You are a German native speaker and fluent in English
• You are collaborative, empathetic, and communicative. A true team player
• You are deeply passionate about startups, technology, and innovation
• Experience in venture capital or start-up is a plus
• Contacts with relevant media houses is a plus
