Our Program
Mobility4Women is a blended learning programme designed for women working in or entering the urban mobility sector. It combines self-paced online modules with intensive on-site sessions in Munich - built around one core idea: individual growth and systemic change are connected.

Online Phase
Format: Self-paced online learning, starting September 2026
Module 1 - Urban Mobility & Planning Challenges
Gender data gap, urban mobility inequalities, sustainable mobility principles, transport poverty & gendered patterns
Module 2 - Entrepreneurship & Leadership
Basics of entrepreneurial thinking, growth vs. fixed mindset, values & purpose alignment, women in leadership & entrepreneurship
Module 3 - From Idea to Impactful Solution
Problem framing, desirable futures & backcasting, funding pathways & regulatory barriers
Module 4 - Strengthening Resilience
Imposter syndrome & structural confidence gap, transformative resilience & strategic adaptation

We are partners from three european cities, Barcelona, Sofia and Munich. We are collaborating for this EIT Urban Mobility project and bring in our passion for empowering women and our knowledge about urban mobility.

Women in Urban Mobility Annual Summit 2021
Finally, the WUM project's icing on the cake! The Women in Urban Mobility Annual Summit took place as a hybrid event in Barcelona on November 19, 2021 at 3pm - 8pm CEST.
This project is supported by EIT Urban Mobility, an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union. EIT Urban Mobility acts to accelerate positive change on mobility to make urban spaces more liveable.
