Our initiative Women Startup excites and motivates women to become involved in technology and entrepreneurship. We help you discover your talents and provide you with the right qualifications to found a startup. On your path to becoming a founder, we support you hands-on and offer consulting.
Our Mission
We offer you a community where you can meet other unique inspiring women and female founders. We organize network events, female founder talks and workshops. Events that are open to all are part of our offer. Feel free to bring along others and expand our network.
Hands-on Workshops
We offer workshops especially for women - on the following topics: Entrepreneurial Personality & Female Leadership, Negotiations, Pitch Training, Working together in a diverse team. Please sign up for our newsletter and you will be informed about the next training.
Female Founders Office Hours
With the Female Founders Office Hours, we support female founders with the help of high-quality feedback and mentoring by experienced experts from various fields. We are supported by professional partners such as UVC Partners, XPRENEURS, and Auxxo, who offer office hours alongside Women Startup. Book a session with our female experts via the contact form.

Ready for the next step? The Women Startup Training Series 2026 is here! Are you looking to launch your own business or deepen your entrepreneurial expertise? We’re here to support you. From expert insights to finding a co-founder, we offer a comprehensive training series tailored for early-stage female founders, as well as students, researchers, and professionals passionate about entrepreneurship.
All training sessions are free of charge, held in English, and can be combined to fit your individual needs.
