The lecture series "Innovative entrepreneurs" enables you to meet outstanding managers, entrepreneurs, executives and founders of businesses in person. The guest speakers will provide an insight into their work and give you a basic understanding of how to found and manage technology-based and growth-oriented businesses. While it will be all about starting a business in the summer semester, the focus in the winter semester will be on managing and leading large and medium-sized companies.
If you want to learn how to think outside the box and complement theory by an insight into practice, this lecture series will be the right place for you! Furthermore, in the workshop "Start-up YOU!" you will find out more about your personal strengths and get an idea of how to shape your future career.
Students and academics from all faculties of the Technische Universität München who would like to know more about the challenges and opportunities of an entrepreneurial and/or intrapreneurial career.
Teaching programme. The lectures are recognised as a teaching programme on a number of TU München courses.
Weekly during the semester on Thursday, 5.30 to 7.00 p.m. at TU München, Arcisstr. 21, Room 2750. In addition, a 3-hours workshop once per semester held at UnternehmerTUM, Lichtenbergstr. 6, Garching.

During the lecture series you will find our more about your quality characteristics as well as leadership ability and engage in your own entrepreneurial identity. You will discover individual advantages and resources to develop a plan on how to take an entrepreneurial effect. The lectures and workshops, which initiate and accompany this process of self-reflection, are offered in cooperation with the Karl Schlecht Stiftung (KSG).
Well-known entrepreneurs and founders of companies will give you insights into their live and career paths. After the lecture the students and doctoral postgraduates can ask the guest speakers questions and discuss these with them.
