In his talk, Shobhit gives a general overview of the idea behind gamification, as well as some insights on how you can implement it in a service, a product, or within an overall business idea.
Shobhit decided to work in his area of passion: Gamification. Now he is working at Gamify together with big companies like Boehringer Ingelheim or Capgemini to execute the potential of this approach.
He says: "For me, there are no real boring activities - it's all about the context". He will show us how our willingness to do things is classified as intrinsic motivation and that this is the only source to work with when applying gamification.
