Why women's participation in decision-making positions in urban mobility is still lower than men's? If you want to know more, join us!
CARNET and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya UPC are hosting this event as part of the Women in Urban Mobility project WUM.
About the event
Despite the progress that as a society we have made in reducing the gender gap, we still cannot say that inequality between men and women is no longer a concern, as it remains a big issue in most technological professional fields. This may be because women's participation in decision-making positions is still lower than men's.
In this meeting, we will address issues of gender balance in one of the most essential factors that shape our lives and our cities, urban mobility.
