CARNET and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya UPC are hosting this event as the icing on the cake of the Women in Urban Mobility project WUM.
Aims:
- Through a face-to-face meeting and presentations from various representative associations in the area, get to know the great network of people focused on urban mobility (UM) from a gender perspective, in person or online.
- From the words of our special guest, learn about her experience, knowledge, lessons learned and challenges in urban mobility, an environment generally dominated by men.
- Through an innovative workshop, raise awareness of the critical, yet often undervalued role played by women in urban mobility, one of the most significant systems that shape our cities and lives.

Women in Urban Mobility is a joint project of UnternehmerTUM Munich, Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya, CARNET, and Junior Achievement Bulgaria.
Our vision is to create a unique network of urban mobility experts across Europe and raise awareness for female perspectives and gender equality in the urban mobility sector.
