UnternehmerTUM offers founders and startups a complete service from the initial idea to IPO. A team of experienced entrepreneurs, scientists, managers, and investors supports founders with the development of their products, services, and business models. The experts accompany them actively with building up their companies, market entry and financing - also via the UnternehmerTUM Fund. For industry partners, UnternehmerTUM is a unique platform for cooperation with new companies, and for expansion of their innovative strength and culture. With more than 100 high-growth technology start-ups each year and its unique offering, it is the leading center for business creation in Germany.
XPRENEURS (www.xpreneurs.io) is the Munich based incubator for deep-tech start-ups by UnternehmerTUM. In the 3-month full-time program we support strong, early-stage teams on their way to market entry by helping them validate their business model, win their first customers, and secure their first investment. Through our large network, we provide entrepreneurs with access to the high-tech lab MakerSpace, global B2B customers, as well as pre-seed and seed funding. Our office is located in the Munich Urban Colab, a vibrant and exciting brand new innovation hub in Munich.

Deine Aufgaben

• Run and constantly improve Germany’s most exclusive Space Scale-up Accelerator Programme
• Project, Partner & support in Event Management and strategic Development for a publicly funded project with the European Space Agency
• Scout and evaluate Europe’s strongest high tech start-ups across all industries for the XPRENEURS
• Work with startups (all industries) and space scaleups, taking an active role as their “Chief Growth Officer” in scaling through fine tuning their business models and connecting them to the right experts, investors and partners
• Manage a project with multiple stakeholders for a public partner including project reportings, budget overviews, ensuring deliverables of highest quality and on time
• Help to develop XPRENEURS strategically and support the further digitization and automated, data driven operation of UnternehmerTUM’s Accelerator

Dein Profil

• Technical degree (e.g. Informatics, Engineering) with strong academic records
• Proven track record of building start-up businesses in a scale-up stage either as co-founder, chief of Staff or first employee, with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience
• You have managed people and projects yourself and are a networker, and motivator
• Passionate about entrepreneurial activities and having started your own start-up before, or worked in a VC or as chief of staff in a high growth start-up or scale-up for 2+ years
• Fluent in written and verbal English and German
• Compulsively automating workflows and processes, tech nerd and always the first to use new tools
• Network and experience in the Aerospace Industry is a plus, passion for the sector a must
