Our speaker Tobias Pohl shares his insights on overcoming hurdles and building a strong team with your start-up.

Having worked in electronics projects with seemingly never-ending routines, our speaker Tobias Pohl has jumped out of that cycle and created a new process. “We always were the weird start-up working on something that will never work anyway”, he says. After many years, he and his team at CELUS show how being different can lead to being much more efficient.

In his talk, Tobias shares insights into how it feels to go through a journey like this and how you need to structure your team to have the needed resistance, while not becoming blind to challenges.
