As an aerospace engineer and investor, he pursues the goal of supporting scalable high-tech start-ups, founders and scientists from the initial idea to the successful product. He is particularly focused on additive manufacturing / 3D printing and Smart City solutions.

    Rozina Atahi is working in Finance & HR and responsible for the budget planning of the companies of UnternehmerTUM. As professional tax advisor she brings a lot of experience from accounting companies. She previously worked in the medical field.

    Beatrice Böhm is reponsible for the finances of the UnternehmerTUM Projekt GmbH and is assisting the UnternehmerTUM Fund. She has been studying Business Administration at the LMU and is holding an LL.M. in European and International Economic Law. She is an alumna of the Manage&More-Program and started as a working student at UnternehmerTUM. Before that, she has been working as a legal consultant in the family-owned and -operated business.

    Dominik Böhler is as manager of the UnternehmerTUM unit “Lectures & Seminars” responsible for the education of students and PhD students, as well as for lecturing. He holds a diploma in business administration, with a major in entrepreneurship, and a PhD in information systems.

Start-ups and entrepreneurship have been salient features throughout his professional life, and after graduating in business administration, he worked for a private equity company. He is also co-founder of an e-commerce company and committed to supporting start-ups as a Business Angel.

    Katharina Frie studied TUM-BWL with focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship and now works as a consultant at UnternehmerTUM Projekt GmbH. Previously, she gathered experience in the field of corporate venture capital at 3M and wrote her master's thesis on the subject of Innovation Culture in Corporations" at the management consultancy Detecon International.

    Daniel Friedrich is business information specialist and works in the IT department. He studied in Bayreuth and Regensburg and has gained project experience concerning IT infrastructures in the sectors trade, craft and SME.

    Timo Friesland supports as project leader the Manage&More section concerning business creations and individual developments. He is himself an enthusiastic entrepreneur, coach and organic farmer with an exit from a TU Berlin spinoff. For him, entrepreneurship is the most desirable environment for individual personality development and the best way to save the world.

    Sarah-Madeleine studied nutritional sciences at TU München and did afterwards her doctor's degree in the area of Molecular Nutritional Medicine. In UnternehmerTUM's Projekt-GmbH, she works as a consultant and mainly handles innovation projects in the field of medical technology.

    Andrea Gärtner works in print and online visual communications for UnternehmerTUM. She is a certified graphic designer for fashion and communication. Amongst others, she has worked as Senior Art Director in an agency for visual communication.

    Kirstin Hegner heads the activities of Digital Hub Mobility. The graduated economist provides many years of professional experience from a leading strategy and management consulting as well as from various positions in an international automobile company.     Olivia Hornsmann has been training courses for professionals, founders, scientists and students for over eight years.     Aylin Koca is manager of the UnternehmerTUM unit “Lectures & Seminars” and therewith responsible for the education of students and PhD students, as well as lecturing. She has gained extensive practical experiences abroad as cofounder and managing director of her own startup that offers data analytics software and solutions, which resulted partly from her doctoral studies.

    Simon Kratzer is coordinator of the Executive MBA in Innovation & Business Creation. He is the contact person for applicants and supports current EMBA students in their start-up and innovation projects. Simon has studied Cultural Studies & Economics and Business Administration. Prior to joining UnternehmerTUM, he worked in the field of intellectual property and helped organize a start-up competition.

    Patrycja Krauzowicz coordinates lectures and seminars for students and academics, mainly the business plan seminars and the lecture "Innovative Entrepreneurs". She has gained work experience in project management in the translation sector.

    Dominik Lenze supports UnternehmerTUM as event manager with organizing and realizing events. He completed his Bachelor in International Leisure Management in the Netherlands and was lastly working as a project assistant at Munich MUST 2016 (MUC Summit GmbH).

    Claudia Liebethal is the executive director responsible for the Manage&More training programme for entrepreneurs. Prior to that, she has led and directed the marketing of the Executive MBA in Innovation & Business Creation and of the Manage&More training programme.     Ines Plum is a passionate trainer and creates tailor-made workshops for professionals and founders. Topics include: Storytelling, rapid prototyping, design thinking and ideation. The communication scientist provides several years of professional experience as a consultant in communication agencies and has already worked with start-ups.

    Dr. Ingo Potthof is Managing Director and Managing Partner of the Unternehmertum Venture Capital Partners GmbH. He has more than 10 years of leadership experience in venture capital. As Partner at smac partners, he has successfully invested in international technology companies. At Siemens AG, he was responsible for early-stage investments as an Investment Partner. Prior to that, he worked at Telefónica O2 and as a management consultant.

    As a coordinator team development Elisabeth Raes is responsible for the Kickstart program at UnternehmerTUM with the focus of team development, team coaching and talent development in start-ups. She completed a Masters in Organizational Psychology and a PhD in the area of Team Development.

    Stefanie Reifert has been with UnternehmerTUM since 2004, first in the field of Marketing, since 2010 for Project GmbH, where she gained extensive experience in project management and the application of Business Design in innovation projects. She previously gathered experience in a project to promote an entrepreneurial network at TU München. She studied political science with a focus on International Relations and is currently doing a PhD at the Institute of Sociology at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main in the field of biography and network research.

    Thomas Zeller started his career in Product Management with the international e-commerce company Ciao. Afterwards he worked in product and technology leadership positions at Microsoft and Holtzbrinck before he joined UnternehmerTUM as a CDO. In his current role he evangelizes digital technology and culture to students, startups, and enterprises within the program Digital Product School. Thomas owns a diploma in computer science for business and an MBA.

    Bianca Zwiebler-Schmalz works in the field of technology transfer and supports scientists identifying and evaluating technologies with market potential within the future markets ICT, healthcare and clean tech. In addition, she is the contact person for the Climate-KIC program. She provides experience as a business start-up consultant in a bank and at TUM.
