As an aerospace engineer and investor, he pursues the goal of supporting scalable high-tech start-ups, founders and scientists from the initial idea to the successful product. He is particularly focused on additive manufacturing / 3D printing and Smart City solutions.

    Karin Bernlochner is responsible for initiating and managing new international cooperation. After studying political science she worked in strategy consulting for Deloitte as well as for a Rocket Internet venture and the startup incubator WERK1. Karin also holds an MBA from WHU in Vallendar and is Manage&More Alumna. She gained international experience from stays in the US, China, India and Norway.

    Oliver Bücken manages and coordinates all Entrepreneurship Education activities at UnternehmerTUM. Start-ups and entrepreneurship have been salient features throughout his professional life, and after graduating in business administration, he worked for a private equity company. He is also co-founder of an e-commerce company and committed to supporting start-ups as a Business Angel.

Her focus is to strengthen the international position of UnternehmerTUM within a global entrepreneurial network.

Previously, she gathered experience in the field of corporate venture capital at 3M and wrote her master's thesis on the subject of Innovation Culture in Corporations" at the management consultancy Detecon International.

Before she studied Entrepreneurship and Digital Technology Management and gained as a founder of an online furniture business and as a business development manager on a Rocket Internet venture 7 years working experience in founding and scaling of digital businesses.

    Sonja Hoogendoorn works as a Communications Manager in the Communication & Development department. The trained journalist previously worked for more than ten years at the news magazine Focus as an editor. Her main topics included stories from the web and technology scene. Prior to that, the graduate art historian gained experience in public relations at the Goethe-Institut in Tokyo.

    As a Project Manager for International Cooperation, Katharina Kratzer, works for the European entrepreneurial exchange programme "Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs" and is responsible for participants management. She previously gathered experience in project management as a regional coordiantor for the programme "integration through sports" and has been involved in organising mentoring programmes at university and entreprise level. After graduating from UT at Austin, Mark moved to Munich and has since gathered experience in project management in the event industry, where he is currently still active as CEO of a small company specializing in cultural events.

    Tobias Steinhäußer is Senior Communications Manager in the Communication & Development department. The economist is experienced in PR and corporate communications. His special fields are high-tech and technology topics. He has worked in online editorial offices, PR agencies and communications departments, among others for N24, GE Global Research and Fraunhofer.

Alex and the UnternehmerTUM [x] unit is building the ecosystem for Tech-Communities, projects and startups in three, potentially disruptive areas: AI & MR, IoT & Robotics and Synthetic Biology. Additionally, he consults and educates DAX companies about the challenges and opportunities of emerging markets.

    Thomas Zeller started his career in Product Management with the international e-commerce company Ciao. Afterwards he worked in product and technology leadership positions at Microsoft and Holtzbrinck before he joined UnternehmerTUM as a CDO. In his current role he evangelizes digital technology and culture to students, startups, and enterprises within the program Digital Product School. Thomas owns a diploma in computer science for business and an MBA.

    Bianca Zwiebler-Schmalz works in the field of technology transfer and supports scientists identifying and evaluating technologies with market potential within the future markets ICT, healthcare and clean tech. In addition, she is the contact person for the Climate-KIC program. She provides experience as a business start-up consultant in a bank and at TUM.
