As a software engineer in our product team, you'll work closely with all other disciplines and experience real agile product development.
As an interaction designer, you're responsible for the design and user-friendliness of your prototype and product. You'll conceptualize interfaces that are intuitive and well-conceived, delighting their users at every step.
As a product manager, your task is to guide your product's progress and ensure that significant risks are resolved before your teammates start building it. How? Through experiments and usability tests.

Is it possible to participate online?
In times of the lasting Corona pandemic, of course, it's possible to take part online - thanks to the available tools. However, the best experience remains working daily with your team in our office environment.

Is this a full-time program?
Yes! You'll generate lots of ideas, validate assumptions, and work in short iterations. Your team is going to need you every day.

Is it some sort of internship?
It's much more than that! You'll work on a real and important challenge from the Bavarian administration for three months. During this time, you'll learn to apply the most relevant methods and tools, being guided by our experts in your daily progress.

Is there a participation fee?
On the contrary! There are grants worth up to EUR 1,000 per month waiting for you.

Do I have to be enrolled as a student?
No, graduates are welcome, too. In specific cases, you can receive credit points in consultation with the university (e.g. IDP) after successful participation.
