Our CEO, Prof. Dr. Helmut Schönenberger, will be part of a panel discussion with Jean-Michel Dalle (Founder of Agoranov) on “How to Build Powerful European Start-Ups – Building the Next Global Market Leaders” as part of the European Union Week 2021 @TUM School of Management.

The European Union has become one of the strongest joint economic and political ventures of modern times. The merger of the 27 member states create a union dedicated to ensure legislation that promotes social, environmental and economic welfare in the European Union as a whole, as well as in each individual member state. The European Union was created to promote peace, offer freedom and ensure justice, focus on sustainable development based on balanced economic growth and price stability, combat social exclusion and to establish an economic and monetary union whose currency is the euro.

As part of this year’s European Union Week, the TUM School of Management, in cooperation with the HEC Paris and the student associations TUM Speakers Series and HEC Débats, is going to organize a three-day conference, which is expected to take place in an online format from May 10 – 12, 2021. Each of the conference days will thereby address a major topic of contemporary relevance for the European continent and aims to inform students all over Europe about the state of the European Union, ultimately providing a perspective about the EU’s present and future.

We believe that grasping the unique historical dimensions of the EU is essential in order to secure our shared future. At the heart of the events lies our commitment to the continuation of a single, united Europe.
