XPLORE Venture Creator's "Future Entrepreneurs" track is designed for individuals aspiring to collaborate with start-ups selected for the XPLORE Venture Creator Program. The Future Entrepreneurs track targets those with an entrepreneurial mindset, openness, excellent communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. The focus during the online program is on gaining insights into start-up dynamics, applying entrepreneurial methodologies, providing valuable networking opportunities, and fostering personal growth in a like-minded community. The program prepares Future Entrepreneurs for an upcoming entrepreneurial career, whether staying with the start-up from the Program, joining another young venture, or founding a start-up on their own.

This workshop provides an introduction to entrepreneurial thinking. We ground the workshop in the strong belief that the capabilities of entrepreneurship will be critical to every scientist’s or manager’s future career, whether he or she chooses to create a standalone new venture, becomes a member of the corporate, government, or NGO world, or wants to excel in academia. The workshop is intended to provide doctoral candidates with an experience of thinking and behaving in the typical manner of successful entrepreneurs. The workshop will explore and examine the core features of entrepreneurship. The central part will be the identification and exploitation of new opportunities to create and capture value. We will also connect such endeavors to your personal motivations and goals.
