It measures a concrete outcome: whether an ecosystem actually delivers. Whether founders really move forward here, through funding, mentoring, infrastructure, and network. It's not us grading ourselves; it's the startups from our ecosystem. That's exactly why this award isn't a trophy for the shelf. It's feedback from the people we're doing all of this for.
We've been recognized three times already. Now we want to prove, for a fourth time, that it wasn't a coincidence.
